Warmth have over 60 different systems to suit most floor constructions. Get in touch with us today and see how we can help.
SCREED / CONCRETE FLOOR
Screed is used frequently in floor construction, especially in underfloor heating situations, as it conducts heat efficiently from tube to floor surface, heating the room evenly.
Whether it’s trowel applied or liquid pumped screed, Warmth’s range can accommodate floor constructions for almost every application.
How it works
Heating tube is simply clipped into standard insulation before the screed is poured. For easy installation and accurate control of the tube spacing Warmth ensures the tube is securely in place whilst the screed is laid.
Joist floors are suspended timber floors that use joists to support the floor deck. The underfloor heating system lies either between or straddling the joists.
How it works
The flexibility of Warmth’s tubing allows installation in suspended timber floors from either above, before the deck is laid or from below, after the deck has been laid, with no additional floor height build up. The tubing is fed through pre-notched or drilled joists and held securely with clips, allowing the system to be fixed with little effort.
Warmths system uses highly conductive aluminium heat spreader plates to rapidly transfer heat from our underfloor heating pipe pipe through the floor deck into the room above, efficiently and effectively.
