Structural underfloor heating system designed for suspended timber floors. With a total build-up of 28mm, it replaces the existing floor deck without increasing floor height. Suitable for both new-build and renovation projects, the system is installed directly onto joists up to 600mm centres and combines a routed P6 chipboard base with a foil-coated fibre board cover layer.
◼ Benefits
• Dual-direction pre-routed channels allow boards to be laid side-by-side or rotated 90°, enabling flexible installation across varying joist directions.
• Continuous pipework design – no joints under the floor.
• Foil-coated surface improves heat transfer and adds moisture resistance.
• Moisture-resistant fibre board cover printed with fixing guides to minimise risk of pipe damage.
• Slim profile: only +6mm compared to typical timber flooring thickness.
• Dry-fit installation, no screed or drying time required.
• Standard panel size: 1200X600mm, with tongue-and-groove joints for easy fitting
